Our Methodology
Mesh Commons deconstructed the clinical decision workflow to triage or hand-off to the ICU, aiming to identify how information is perceived and compared at each stage, while also addressing cognitive overload. Glance mapping isolates the key patient data a clinician must recognize within two seconds. Comparison structuring aligns how teams interpret vitals, labs, and alerts across roles, enhancing patient data management. Decision view design visualizes patient state and action options in one cognitive frame.
